Newbuilding / Construction Process

  • Once construction begins, survey activities can verify that applicable materials, components and fittings have been properly approved and that required surveys are completed.
  • Following satisfactory completion of the applicable process, the appropriate classification or installation registration documentation may be issued in accordance with the applicable rules and requirements.
